For over 10 years, Clayton focused his expertise on the multi-family and hospitality sectors. Prior to founding BrooksBTA, Clayton dedicated his career to developing indispensable solutions to industry related demands, while fostering strong client relationships. His experience spans Multi-Family developments, renovations, new construction ventures, telecommunication agreements, construction oversight, low voltage systems, project management, and smart building innovations. With a decade of telecommunications experience under his belt, Clayton has adeptly designed, installed, managed, and executed telecom systems across diverse settings, from small residences to expansive hotels and international airports.

Clayton is a proud Colorado native. He met his wife, Ericca, in college and they now have three amazing and rambunctious boys. Their home is constantly infused with energy, courtesy of their boys and an ever expanding number of dogs, cats, ducks, and chickens. 

Jeremy has a solid foundation in low voltage systems, with a specialized focus on electronic security. Beginning his career as a technician, he progressed to become a seasoned project manager and eventually ventured into entrepreneurship. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Jeremy has collaborated with major integrators across the nation and successfully operated his own contracting company in Colorado for more than 12 years.  Jeremy is committed to driving initiatives forward in alignment with stakeholder objectives, effective task management, budgetary control, and clear communication.

Jeremy and his wife, Amy, have been married for over 12 years. Jeremy is a dedicated family man with two children. In his leisure time, he finds joy in spending quality moments with his family, as well as indulging in his passions for music and outdoor activities.

After finishing college, Jamie ventured into the corporate world  serving the last 8 years as a project manager at a Fortune 500 company. During her time in Corporate America, Jamie completed her Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University and her Change Management Professional Certification through Acuity Institute. Before joining the Brooks BTA family, she established her own 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation and acquired her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Jamie is recognized for her adeptness in refining policies, processes and procedures and possesses a remarkable skill set in ensuring seamless workflow operations. She is continuously challenging conventional practices, and remains committed to exploring innovative approaches to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 

Jamie and her husband have celebrated over a decade of marriage. Together, they have four children and live happily in the midst of organized and controlled chaos.

Rick is a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience in structured cabling systems, security, surveillance, voice, data, and audiovisual design. His extensive background spans mixed-use, Class A office, and multi-family projects. With prior roles as a structured cabling contractor and integrator, Rick brings invaluable real-world expertise to project design and management. His contributions have left a mark on projects nationwide, showcasing his deep understanding of building functionality. Rick's unrivaled knowledge encompasses various low-voltage systems, including intelligent parking, A/V, carrier networks, and building security, making him an indispensable asset to our team.
